What is Gads?
A platform for managing Google Ads agency infrastructure. You get agency accounts, top them up, transfer money and see statuses in one dashboard. You manage the campaigns.
How is an agency account different from a regular one?
It runs inside an agency MCC: Google is paid by the agency, and you top up your balance by bank transfer or USDT. You can keep accounts for different GEOs and currencies in one structure and manage them from one dashboard.
Which niches do you accept?
White Hat only: e-commerce, lead gen and services, SaaS and apps. Finance, crypto and gambling only with a license and Google certification.
How do I get started?
Fill in the form on the website — Telegram opens with a ready-made message. Review takes up to an hour after sign-up, then accounts are issued instantly.
Who runs the campaigns?
You or your agency. Gads provides accounts, money flows and transparency, not ad management.
Money
How much does it cost?
Only a percentage of actual ad spend, on a tiered scale: 3% on the first $50,000 of monthly spend, 2% on the part from $50,000 to $150,000, 1% on everything above. No subscription, accounts and replacements are free, and we take nothing on top-ups.
What is the percentage based on?
On actual ad spend — the amount Google charged for impressions and clicks. Not on top-ups and not on the remaining balance.
How do I top up my balance?
By bank transfer against an invoice or in USDT. All Google Ads currencies are available; most clients work in USD and EUR.
Can I withdraw money?
Yes. Transfers between accounts are instant; external withdrawals take up to 14 business days.
Is there a minimum volume?
For direct clients — from $15,000 per month and an initial deposit of $3,000. For resellers — from $50,000 and $5,000.

How fast will I get accounts?
Review takes up to an hour after sign-up. After that, accounts are issued instantly and automatically.
How many accounts will I get?
Up to 20 for the first $150,000 of monthly volume and up to 10 more for every additional $150,000. The actual pool is agreed for your project.
What happens if an account gets restricted?
You see the status in the dashboard right away. We check the cause and apply platform procedures; replacements are free up to 30% of the pool per month. Restrictions are decided by Google, so we don’t promise there won’t be any — we promise clear rules.
Can I choose the currency and country?
Yes. The account is created for the GEO and Google Ads currency you need; availability is confirmed before you pay.
Security
Is there a contract?
Yes: a contract and NDA with a legal entity in the UK, US or UAE, payment by invoice.
Who can see my data?
Only members of your team, by role: owner, admin, member, viewer.
What is the launch readiness check?
A free website check against Google data, Gads’ own data and the laws of your country and niche. It’s not a Google ruling and not a guarantee.
Resellers
How can I earn with Gads?
Resell the infrastructure to your clients with your own markup, or earn 50% of our commission on referred clients. You can combine both models.
Is there a minimum in the referral program?
No. Take your referral link in the dashboard and start: when people sign up through it, earnings arrive automatically.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are credited to your dashboard balance automatically and instantly. To get the money, click “Withdraw funds” in the “Partnership” section.
Will the client know they came from me?
A partner’s clients are anonymous: in the dashboard you see their volume and your earnings.
