1. The program
1.1. The partner recommends Gads and receives 50% of the commission charged by Gads on the spend of the clients they referred.
1.2. There is no minimum volume. The referral link is in the “Partnership” section of the platform.
1.3. A client is considered referred if they registered through the referral link and had not previously been a Gads client. Disputed cases are decided by Gads.
2. Earnings
2.1. Earnings accrue automatically and are credited to the partner’s balance on the platform.
2.2. The partner sees volumes and earnings, but not client data.
3. Withdrawals
The partner withdraws earnings with the “Withdraw funds” button in the “Partnership” section. Withdrawals are subject to the Withdrawal rules.
4. Prohibited
- registering yourself or affiliated companies through your own link;
- promising clients there will be no suspensions, or speaking on behalf of Gads or Google;
- sending spam and using the Gads brand in advertising without approval;
- bringing in clients whose advertising violates Google’s policies or the law.
5. Rights of Gads
Gads may change or end the program at any time, exclude a partner and cancel earnings obtained in breach of the terms. Changes take effect upon publication.
6. Reselling
Resellers who resell Gads infrastructure with their own markup work under a separate agreement. Both models can be combined.
