1. What PostPay is

PostPay is deferred payment for the advertising budget. Gads finances the client’s spend, and the client repays the debt within the agreed term.

2. Eligibility

2.1. PostPay may be provided to clients with a history of working with Gads. The client submits an application on the PostPay page.

2.2. Gads decides at its own discretion whether to provide PostPay and on the limit, term and cost, and may refuse without giving reasons.

3. Terms

3.1. Term — up to 45 calendar days. Cost — from 3 to 12% of the amount used; as a guideline, up to 3% per week.

3.2. Specific terms are recorded on the platform or in a supplementary agreement before use. The cost of PostPay is paid in addition to the commission under the terms of service.

4. Repayment

The client repays the debt and the cost of PostPay by bank transfer or USDT no later than the last day of the term. Early repayment is allowed.

5. Rights of Gads

5.1. Gads may reduce or withdraw the limit at any time.

5.2. In case of late payment, Gads may suspend top-ups, transfers and ad delivery in the client’s accounts, deduct the debt from the balance and any of the client’s funds held by Gads, and recover the costs of debt collection.
